Gray Development is bullish enough on the Valley’s apartment market to start two new upscale complexes.
The developer recently broke ground on the 523-unit complex called Mondrian at Tempe Town Lake. Unlike most Valley apartment complexes with two or three stories, this is a mid-rise development with six-story buildings.
Gray also recently started building a 205-unit complex at Dunlap and 25th avenue in Phoenix. That project called Areté is scheduled to open in October. |
